CORE VALUES

At 2-Beloved, we are grounded by the following core values:

01

Community

We believe it takes many helping hands to lift people out of the silent suffering of domestic abuse. With a strong community of like-minded, empathetic people, real healing is within reach.

02

Service

As servant leaders, our team of experts are centered by a strong service orientation. We strive to put the needs of the people we serve before our own, stepping up to meet their needs whenever it is within our power to do so.

03

Trust

We understand that trust in others and self is eroded for those who have experienced domestic violence. Our goal is to work to build a community of trust in which a person can feel safe to take the steps toward recovery.

04

Empowerment

We believe that with the proper support and resources, a person can be empowered to make positive choices toward their own self-sustenance and well-being.

When individuals are empowered to take ownership of their lives, better outcomes are achieved for everyone.

05

Compassion

We believe in always exhibiting kindness and compassion with everyone we serve as well as our larger community. We always listen carefully to the unique needs of others and uphold the dignity of every human being, regardless of a person’s background or the stops on their personal life journeys

06

Self-Love

We believe in true healing flows from a place of self-love. We are on a mission to help those living through the effects of trauma to embrace their worth and learn to care for themselves as they recover.

Our Story

As domestic-violence survivors, we know first-hand that the first step a woman takes toward her safety is the hardest one. After working to overcome our own personal battle with trauma from domestic abuse, we are here to aid others in their journey.

We are committed to working closely with survivors of domestic abuse to bridge gaps through the healing process by offering support, counsel, and training in self-care and self-love.
